TAG TUESDAY......Pretty As a Peacock

The theme this week is Peacocks.....I love these majestic birds, their color makes it fun to design using images of them. So this week I used Gecko Galz Pretty Peacock Jewel It images along with papers and elements from Canvas Corp.

Distress Inks in Peacock Feathers & Vintage Photo

Start with your large chipboard tag and spray with your three colors of glimmer mist. Next layer on piece of damask paper that you have inked the edges with both colors of ink then on top of that one the peacock image that I blew up using Photoshop and ink the edges with the same inks. Then add your pearl trim to bottom edge of tag using redline tape and layer over that the lace trim and another piece of the lace trim at teh top of the peacock image.

using your peacock feathers ink stamp love you with your mini alphabet stamps on the inside of the peacock design. Next using Verdigris and bronze glimmer mist spray the doillie then adhere to right side of peacock image. Layer on metal piece and green bow. Scatter pearl and bling swirls down damask paper.

Adhere three flowers at top of tag.

Take your dyed cheese cloth and spray with Verdigris glimmer mist and let dry then finish off tag by tying through hole.
